Smart Metering Notes: (Collected from a Variety of Sources)

From CEER 4th Benchmarking Study on Electricity Quality:

In the Netherlands, the Netbeheer Nederland has, in close cooperation with the TSO and DSOs and KEMA, definedĀ  several requirements for smart meters that are related to power quality. These requirements are not mandatory by law, but are used in the tenders for smart meters. In the Netherlands, it will be possible to perform voltage quality measurements with all new smart meters. However, the TSO or every DSO can decide whether to monitor the voltage quality or not.
